Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.
- One Remote Controls All 12 CandlesThe included remote synchronously operates all candles; no need to take candles out of tall shelves or deep lanterns. It supports 4 timer options, brightness adjustment and light mode switching. Slide each candle base switch to ON before pairing, and maintain clear line of sight for stable signal reception.
- 400+ Hours Continuous Flicker RuntimeCR2450 batteries are factory pre-installed in candles and remotes. Timer mode lowers standby power draw to deliver over 400 hours of steady flickering. The child-lock battery compartment requires small tools to open for safer battery replacement.
- Matte White Shell, Soft Ambient GlowSmooth anti-glare matte white casing complements all modern home decor styles. It releases gentle warm ambient light only and is not intended for reading. Natural subtle flicker avoids camera banding, ideal for weddings and everyday photography.
- UL Certified Safety for Kids & PetsCompletely flameless with no hot wax, smoke or fire hazards. The two-step lock stops toddlers from accessing coin batteries. Fully unscented, making it suitable for dining areas, scent-sensitive people and households with children and pets.
- 1.5 Inch Universal Size for Small LayoutsStandard size fits glass votives, mini pumpkin lanterns and small floral centerpieces. Works well indoors and under sheltered outdoor areas. Reuse year after year as an eco-friendly alternative to disposable wax candles with reliable flickering light for seasonal decor.

Gorgeous blue glow - adds the perfect touch!✓ Verified purchase
Beautiful blue candles. It’s the perfect ambience for my under the sea themed room. I have purchased a couple from other places but they ended up being white or gold colored lights. The blue light emitted from these is perfect and I am going to order more to make homemade flameless candles in mason jars. Love these!!!

Highly recommend✓ Verified purchase
These are great for Halloween lights. The remote makes it so much easier to turn on all at once. Also you can have a steady light or have it flicker a little. I highly recommend them

Great quality!✓ Verified purchase
These LED votive candles with remote control provide a very nice bright, warm white flickering flame. You can choose steady light or flickering flame on the remote control, as well as several timer options. Love them!

Bright and long lasting✓ Verified purchase
Really like these candles. The batteries seem to last for many weeks and the variable timer settings with a remote is a fine feature. It’s a little difficult to change the batteries as the locking feature on the battery compartment is stiff and hard to turn. I bought two sets months apart and the locking caps are different but still a bit inconvenient. Nice bright little candles

Good for the first 400…✓ Verified purchase
These are good little candles. They stay bright for a long time. The remote feature is nice. The timing feature is nice. They survived out in the rain. They survived decomposing pumpkins. I have lost several, however, to opening them to change out the battery. So there was a loss of a star for falling apart when attempting to changed it the battery
