Yes, for anything shipped by courier. We email the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and you can also find it in My Account.

No. An order stays in Processing until it reaches a fulfilment centre near your delivery address; its status then updates as it moves. Large furniture will not show courier tracking because it is handled by a local delivery partner.

We contact you by text and email with your delivery date and arrival window as soon as your order is ready. It is normal to receive that scheduling message within, rather than before, your estimated window.

Yes. Log in to My Account and click Cancel Order beside the purchase. If the order has not shipped you receive a full refund; if it has shipped, a return shipping fee applies.
