The cord and socket is on the heavy side for hanging a light. It works as described and is easy to operate with the switch on the cord or the regular light switch. I have not noticed any over heating of the socket, but haven't used this very long. Delivery was quick with Amazon Prime service. The cost was about the same as my local big Box Store. All things considered, I would purchase this again

This light is absolutely perfect for over our kitchen sink. Not difficult to install and it’s been in use for nearly a year. Works as it should. Do like!

I LOVE them! Replaced the can lights over our island with the smaller size. Perfect and well made for the price! Sturdy materials feel like quality. The came with multiple lengths of down rod for adjustable length. The bulbs I replaced with a brighter bulb of 800 lumens@3000k warmth

These pendants are so nice over our kitchen island. They are easy to assemble, bright without being overboard, and great quality!! We love the size of them- perfect for an island that fits 3-4 people! They are not too heavy, but definitely durable! Great find!

These are perfect and it’s my second purchase of this product. I use them for extra light because my home is older and I just need more light in certain areas. Very pleased with them and will definitely purchase more

I had two older fluorescents already recessed into the bottom of the cabinets so it did make it easier for me. I wasn’t positive how I was going to put a new set in but ordered this set and it arrived the next day. It had everything you need in the kit and more. You can hardwire it or use the plug. You can use a switch or a dimmer or both. It has three different methods of hanging the wires. It had extra plug and play wire sets if you need to run the lights further away opening your options. I used my recessed areas after removing the old ballast sets to tuck the pack and dimmer and wires into. I ran six lights and hung them with the plastic clips. Very easy and straightforward. I now have six lights which two around the corners and I can set the dimmer. I hard wired into one of the old sets. I’m happy

Easy installation as these lovely bubble globes worked in current fixtures. Just changed pendant part. Perfect light & no glare using LED bulbs on lowest Kelvin setting. Highly recommend these beautiful bubble globes!

I used the lights for my new display cabinet. The lights that came with it were garish and very cheaply made. The picture that comes with the Litever looks complicated to hook the lights up but it actually was quite easy. However, we were missing a connecting cable. There was a card in the kit with an email for customer service and they sent the connector immediately. No BS at all. The lights look great; a soft white not harsh at all. Just what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase

Great for temporary type situations like living in a rental home or if you like to move your rooms around often

It's difficult to see any difference between the hot and neutral wires, and once you cut the cable to the desired length, the wire tags are no help. The "L" wire goes to the threads on the light socket. So use a multimeter to find continuity between the threads and the "L" wire to identify it properly. Installing the glass was a bit nerve wracking but I didn't drop it

If you are installing over an island you need wires for both of them. Also we accidentally broke the clear outer glass and could not order just that piece. Other than that I love them!

Waited for 6 weeks for these.. brass sits on the orange side..not what I wanted, I will have to paint them.. love the shape and esthetic

I like these lights, but the kit came with a switch instead of the motion sensor so it isn't really what I ordered
