Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Yankee candles are wonderful✓ Verified purchase
I've been getting Yankee candles for years. I've never had a problem with them melting correctly and they've always lasted a very long time. I'm very particular about my candle and about the scent. I took a chance on the Christmas sent candle and it really smells great

Fresh laundry scented pet candle✓ Verified purchase
These candles, leave a very refreshing smell in the air of our home when they are lit. I received compliments on them all the time I used to be able to purchase them at Walmart for less money, but they no longer carry them. I was thrilled to find them on Amazon

One of the best✓ Verified purchase
Candle is a solid buy. Scent is right on and not overpowering. Burns even and clean. Size for the price is great. The packaging the candle is shipped in is top notch. I was getting ready to reorder and forgot that I hadn't left a review. Hope this helps you find a great candle

The other scents Cinnamon Roll and Hello Fall are much better✓ Verified purchase
This review is for the cinnamon roll scent, not the pumpkin spice scent. Love the packaging and the intention. Very nice presentation. The cinnamon roll scent is very yummy. Just like a cinnamon roll at a bakery. However, the pumpkin spice scent was not to my liking. It did not smell pleasant. For some reason, the review for the cinnamon roll scent is titled pumpkin spice which is confusing

I really like to smell my scented candles. This candle had a lovely fragrance but it doesn’t radiate the fragrance in the ambient air the way I would like

Scent✓ Verified purchase
The scent is pleasurable but after 15 minutes you may need to turn it off because the scent changes to chemicals like carbon dioxide

Ocean Air✓ Verified purchase
This smells like a laundry sheet and kind of powdery, almost makes me cough. Nothing like I was expecting. It's not horrible but I was expecting an oceany scent, maybe a little sea salt. it's just ok
