How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?

What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

- Timer Battery Operated Candles: When you often forget to turn off the candles and cause the battery out of power or don't want to get up to turn them off when you sleep, you can choose the 2/4/6/8H timer tealight candles are very convenient, you just need to turn on the timer, it will automatically turn off after 2/4/6/8 hours, automatically turn on the next day

I absolutely LOVE these! I was tired of decorating with lights that need batteries & this was exactly what I wanted. I got the "a-white-6 candles" & they're very bright! I'm impressed with the amount of light they put off, they might be a little brighter than regular candles. The flame flickers slightly & they look very realistic. They came charged & I've used them for a few nights, maybe 4 hrs per night, & so far they haven't needed recharging yet. I also love the remote control, it makes it much easier to operate them if I put them on a mantle or in a decorated area that is harder to get to. I'd love an option to buy more remotes for these as well. I won't be going back to battery operated lights!

I use these in lanterns hung on my deck and they've been working great for me. I really like the charging "pad" vs having to plug them in one-by-one or use some sort of 'octopus' charging cord. The duration seems good to me. I usually run them a few hours per evening most evenings, and they seem to need charging every ~2 weeks at that rate of usage. Haven't tried just leaving one on for 'total full to empty duration' if that's important to you. The remote works great, but you have to be pretty close to use it... I find that fine. Wouldn't actually want a remote that was turning the others on/off/etc. across the room when I was trying to adjust just one. Light output is... pretty minimal, but that's as expected. These are for 'accent' lighting, not for actual illumination. I actually keep mine on a 'middle' brightness setting b/c I'm just looking for 'atmosphere'. Point is even on 'high' they're probably about the same light output as an actual wax flame tea-light. So if you expect much more than a dim glow, you won't be happy
