Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Actually it’s a very nice comforter for warm weather. It’s not too heavy and it washes well. The color was spot on

Works✓ Verified purchase
It works, it's white and enough to brighten up your room. But i think no control just on and off

White is an off white✓ Verified purchase
White is actually off white. I don’t think I paid attention to there also being a “bright white” option, probably more of what I intended. However, it will do the job I suppose for now. Otherwise soft fabric with zipper closure, decent set of a $20 duvet. Fits well, cozy. “White” duvet on left side of picture vs a white duvet insert

Ties unraveled after one wash✓ Verified purchase
I like the texture and color of this duvet cover a lot, but unfortunately the ties started unraveling the first time I washed it. It’s basically unusable now. (I should mention that I first dried the cover on medium-low heat but it was still damp at the end of the cycle, so I dried it on high instead. It’s possible the unraveling wouldn’t happen if you stick to low heat drying. But even if that were true, I wouldn’t be willing to do two dryer cycles each time I wash this.)
