Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Great value, sensational smell✓ Verified purchase
The candles are absolutely delightful! The aroma lingers gently in the air and reminds me of fall when I lived in New England. I will definitely be buying more of them

Smells Amazing
I ordered this M&Sense Golden Falling Leaves soy wax candle and absolutely fell in love with it. It gives off that fall & holiday scent that makes you feel warm and toasty inside. I think it smells like a crisp fall day outside but my other half says it smells live a Christmas tree. Either way we love it. It’s a slow burning candle and well worth the price

PERFECT scent if you like homey spiced candles!✓ Verified purchase
For the longest time, I obsessed over getting the home sweet home candle and when I finally ordered, this was on sale and I love spicey scents so I grabbed this too and turns out, this is what I wanted the while time! This is what I was imagining when I'd think about getting the other candle! It's definitely spiced but in a comforting way. I could have one of these in each room, lit year round and never get tired of it! Will definitely be buying more, again and again! And AGAIN!!

Strawberry pound cake✓ Verified purchase
Smells amazing. Lovely sweet scent of strawberries & cream. Not overly sweet & not too strong but the perfect amount of both. The scent fills your room nicely. I would say this is a feminine scent but still very versatile. The candle burns great & is long lasting! A little pricey but definitely worth the price. Also, it does smell exactly like the lotion & body spray from bath & body works. Spot on

Very strong scent✓ Verified purchase
It has a very strong, long lasting scent. The very berry one smells just like nerds gummy clusters- if you like that, then this will be great for you

Smells incredible and fills the room✓ Verified purchase
HIGHLY recommend! Beautiful scents that fill the room and smell natural, not synthetic. Long lasting and comes in lovely amber jars with lids. So affordable and well done

Gardenia jasmine✓ Verified purchase
Loving this candle. I have a 1700’ bottom floor of a two-story home. I’ve placed one candle on the far end of one side of the house and one candle at the other end at the side of the house. We are able to smell the delicious scent throughout the entire home

If you appreciate a good scented candle with a strong fragrance, this may not be✓ Verified purchase
I really like to smell my scented candles. This candle had a lovely fragrance but it doesn’t radiate the fragrance in the ambient air the way I would like

Love this design!✓ Verified purchase
The candle emits a lovely glow from inside the milk bottle and it quite pleasing to view. I'm about ⅓ of the way down and it has been evenly all the way. My only complaint is the scent doesn't waft as well in a mid sized room. Other than that it does smell exactly as the description and I would recommend!

For the price, I wish I bought something else✓ Verified purchase
I wouldn’t recommend this. It doesn’t really smell like anything. Maybe soap at the least, giving 3 stars because we have animals and it seems to help with their odors
