Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Cute decoration✓ Verified purchase
Great for decoration. They can turn on at the same time every day! Battery could be longer, but cannot remember exactly how long they ran before it died

My favorite tea lights✓ Verified purchase
I have a few things I needed tea lights for during Christmas. I have a tendency to put them on and then totally forget to shut them off (until they are no longer working). With these, you turn them on, they stay on for 6 hours and then turn off automatically. I absolutely love how they work. Genius idea!

Awesome Lights✓ Verified purchase
These tea lights are awesome. Very reliable, come on every night and stay on for 6 hours. They last many weeks. I bought a box a year ago and now have bought my second box. You won't be sorry if you buy them

Great lights✓ Verified purchase
I've ordered a bunch of these light and they are perfect for small votive candle holders. I also use them inside my china cabinet since it is not lighted. The batteries last a long time and the fact that they run on a timer is awesome. They come in every night and go out after a while and I don't have to think about it. I've had some for several years and they still work fine. I've tried a few other kinds, but I keep going back to these. I would purchase them again if I needed more

NICE!✓ Verified purchase
These are really nice. I got them yesterday and used for the first time around sunset for night lights in the bathroom and kitchen. They are pretty bright and the timer works. Now I just want to see how long the batteries last. They look pretty real unless you get right upon them, so I am pleased and will update if anything changes. I should also add that I like the flickering lights because they look a lot more realistic. UPDATE 8/6/16: I have had these now for a little over a month now and still going strong, but the timers are NOT accurate. I initially set them ALL at the same time for 9PM and over the course of time they come on a few minutes earlier and earlier. Now they start coming on randomly about 10 minutes earler than when they are suppossed to turn on. It really doesn't bother me that much, but if you are really concerned about them being accurate, they are NOT. I still like them alot and so far everything is still good except the stupid timer function. As long as the timers do not go completely haywire and start coming on in the day light hours, I guess it's still all good to go and I don't have to worry about ghosts and stuff...LOL...Just kidding!
