I never leave reviews but these planter are worth it. Need something to put my lights pole in to hang lights. Great thickness, draining holes already there and plugs if you need them. Hope the stand up to the UV light and winter

This Christmas tree is beautiful! It’s full, looks very realistic, and was easy to set up. The 6.5 ft size is perfect and fits nicely in the space. It comes with a sturdy stand and makes decorating for the holidays simple and festive. 🎄

Took about an hour to set up but was very beautiful and was able to do it with my family which made it so much better to spend family time together. Wish the base was a little better constructed but does not tip over and is stable. Just wish it had a little bit more thought design on the base. This was an unlit tree I prefer to buy my own because once the lights go out the tree would have been trash

To start, we have always been real tree people. The price of tree farm trees have gotten out of control just to keep it for a month or so and then deal with the mess of bringing it in and hauling it out, on top of the sap and imperfect symmetry, we were done. The 9ft tree without lights we ordered is spectacular, especially for the price of a real one. The best part is you can adjust each branch to suit your individual ornaments if they are larger and irregular shaped or dont hang properly. It takes several hours to unpack and setup properly but that's only on first setup. If you've been on the fence, just get it and you wont be disappointed!

Super tree! It took a few hours to plump and spread branches the first time, bit it was beautiful and full! Put it away in tact to avoid replumping next year

I was searching for a new tree that we would be able to use for years to come that wasn't pre-lit. I was worried about the texture of the limbs, as you never know what it may feel like, if they will just break off in your hand when you are arranging them. Since this tree got such good reviews I made the leap. I am extremely happy with this purchase. The quality is everything I was hoping for. It took a little bit of fluffing, but, I didn't think it was terrible. The base seems to be very stable. It was very easy to put together. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I would definitely highly recommend this tree

The media could not be loaded. This Christmas tree is perfect comes with lights installed colorfully & just white lights it’s easy to fluff super sturdy. It’s 7.5ft!! Recommend

This year my husband decided we should stop buying a real Christmas tree and get one of these trees. It is a beautiful tree and and very well made. At first I was not happy with the thought of a fake tree, but this one is really that beautiful and worth the price. Highly recommend!

These were super well-packaged and everything arrived without any scratches or dents. The pots and stands are a really nice color, not too gaudy like some gold-colored decor items can be. They aren’t heavy and look more expensive than they are. I also love the two sizes it comes with. The only downside is that they didn’t come with holes in the pots, but we are going to drill our own drainage so not too big a deal. I couldn’t find nice modern, gold plant pots and stands like these for anywhere near this price. By far the best bang for your buck!

It comes in three pieces and you have to spend a while spreading out the branches. It's beautiful. We searched around for the best ways to put lights on it and decided on two ways. One is mini globe LED lights on a very long string that have a lot of functions. The way we're using this year though, is more expensive, we invested in very densely packed cluster lights also LEDs, so there are going to be about 2000 lights on there. And if that's not enough, there's another set for a total of 3000! But it's much easier to get cluster lights on a tree than a string light. It seems to fit perfectly up to the ceiling so when we put a topper on there we'll probably fold down the top branch a bit. I expect the cat will use it like a jungle gym so I'll look into how to stabilize it. It's been many years since we've had a full size tree, especially one so wide. It's exciting. Our previous "tall" tree was white and cheap though. It kept shedding needles. It was amusing to find the cat in the tree, but it wasn't worth the shedding. I'm glad to have a quality tree. This is my second National Tree Company tree. They don't shed

I thought I was going to have to build a concrete basin, but when we found this, it was exactly what we needed — no heavy lifting or hard work required. I’m not sure how heavy the coral is that we placed on it, but the basin doesn’t flex or give at all. It’s solid. We've dressed it up more since the photo, and all we need to do now is top up the water every few days due to evaporation. Couldn’t be happier

This planter is so beautiful! I got the green & white, and was truly wowed when I opened the package. It was very well packed, BTW. It's an upgrade for my Chinese Money Plant, who I believe will be quite happy (and lovely!) in this gorgeous and well-made planter

The pictures do not do this product enough justice; the fake stone looks very realistic. Unfortunately, the center portion of the castle arrived completely crushed due to shipping. However, Alpine Customer Support was both attentive and extremely easy to work with and they quickly replaced the product. I was extremely happy to work with a Customer Service that has very high standards. I recommend anything from this company and will be buying other outdoor water features from Alpine!

I loved the color, size, and shape (fullness) of this tree! It was very easy to put together and take down. The hardest part of the assembly process was fluffing the branches. While it was plastic, it looked nice and was a good quality. I didn’t have it prelit

I would buy this over and over again. The pit hold my indoor fig leaf. Its quality and design is worth it!

We purchased the 6.5 foot unlit tree so we no longer have to deal with lights that don't work. This tree is just perfect for us! It took me about an hour to completely fluff it out wearing the really nice gloves that are provided. It turned out wonderful. We can't even see the center post because it is so full, plus there are no gaps. The three sections are easy to lift and put into place so no more struggling with heavy pre-lit trees. I put on some slow twinkle lights and it is really beautiful. It arrived just before Christmas so I was able to trim it quickly to have it ready for Christmas day

This tree is great for the price. I was very skeptical about buying a tree online, but am happy with my purchase. There are a lot of branches on this tree and they seem to be well made. It takes quite a while to fluff up, but it looks nice when you’re done. It’s a nice shape and it holds ornaments pretty well. Only my heavier ornaments needed strategically placed, much like on a real tree

Know others who have purchased from Balsam but was still a little anxious ordering an item like this online without seeing and touching. Took a couple hours to fluff the tree (which is a tedious task) but very pleased with the result. Tree is realistic and sturdy despite its lightweight. We ordered 7.5 unlit (we just prefer to put on lights ourselves). Price was right and kudos to Balsam we received tree a week before scheduled delivery date. Overall very happy with this purchase

Arrived and in perfect condition, so easy to put together. Put it in our landscape bed in the backyard and we really enjoy sitting on the porch even more now. The adjustable water flow is a great feature. The finish is quality and looks like real bronzed concrete. I would definitely recommend it

This basin is great! Just lift the hatch and drain with transfer pump. Everything else stays in place. When you need to add water you can visually see water lever from top of basin. Just fill with out removing cover

These are great pots. The packaging was great, the pots are very attractive. I would definitely buy again, especially if I could find some larger pots

I just received my Aquabasin 30. It’s very durable. I can jump up and down while standing on it and I’m 200 lbs! I love having the pump access panel as I live in a cold winter climate and will need to drain it every winter. I will buy this again or the Aquabasin 45 for my next project!

Took a good bit of work to dig the hole for this thing, but the kid is home from college, so he got to do it. The only problem is things are pretty tight inside depending upon how challenging your hose hook up will be. A couple more inches of space under the center hole, in every direction, would have made things a bit easier to hook up

Solid, large planter. Rubber stopper for the base doesn't fit in the hole and no way to adjust it to fit. Will have to get a saucer for the plant which wasn't my intent with this purchase. Packages to ensure no breakage with delivery

Product looks nice but make sure you want it before you order. Is was advertised as free returns but there is high restocking fee if you decide not to keep it

I needed something tall and deep to hold my mandevilla vines that I place at the corners of my pergola so the vines grow up and across it by the end of summer. These fit very well. They are deep enough to allow for root growth and tall enough to keep the vines from being damaged. I will post pics when they start flowering

My experience is good. It is light weight, but I like that so I can move it around and wash it easily. The tubes sometimes need cleaning out, and the pump is not easy to adjust just right. But it works beautifully, sounds heavenly, and both the birds and I enjoy it
