Halloween Christmas Projector Lights Outdoor, RGBW Ocean Wave Light Projector

I bought two these. Easy to install and they look beautiful. I get many compliments on them

I’m a decent DIYer, and installing these lights only took a couple of hours total, where most was drilling and cable management. I ended up installing 13 lights total as under-cabinet lights and they are great. The light color is consistent, and the lights are reasonably well built

My husband installed this beautiful light today. It’s everything I wanted. The light is not harsh at all and easy to adjust the angle. I read other reviewers mention that it doesn’t have the option to come our farther from the wall but I wouldn’t want to do that anyway. The angle of light is just right for the oil painting we purchased it to light. We are so pleased with it that I just ordered a second one for another painting. My husband installed an outlet behind the painting so the black cord doesn’t show at all. I attached the inline on/off switch to the back of our frame with adhesive Velcro dots. It’s hidden and super easy to turn off and on, no problem. It arrived quickly but the box was not in good condition, however the light was perfect and the items all there

The finish is nice, it's easy to install, and it's nice to be able to have options to change the angle of light. It is, however, very bright. Instead of being ambient lighting, it was a main source of light. Since you can't change out the bulb (once the light burns out, the whole unit must go), I opted to put two pieces of black electrical tape on front and back of bulb, only exposing a narrow strip of light. Now it provides the right amount of ambient light, still lights up my painting, and doesn't overwhelm my room

This lantern cord works just fine. My only issue is that the on/off switch is right near the light bulb socket. This is clearly stated in the product description, I just didn't think about it before ordering, and assumed the switch would be near the plug. I'm using this for a hanging lantern, which means that the on/off switch is up in the ceiling. Not a major deal, because I'll just plug it in when I need to use it, but it's something to be aware of when purchasing!

Installation was fairly easy, but with the 20ft model make sure you can position the switch at an accessible height. The cable spacing from plug end to the light switch is a bit odd and may end up a bit higher than expected

Nice lamp and easy to install but I agree with other reviewers on two key points: 1) the inline switch is too close to the outlet plug making it difficult to turn the lamp on and off if the wall outlet is behind furniture or if the wall outlet is low to the ground since you’ll have to bend down every time to turn it on/off. Inline switch should be positioned higher up on the cord (but not too high up or it will end up behind the picture frame) 2) the brass shade exposes some of the bulb which is an eye sore (literally if you look directly straight on it can irritate your eyes by the strong light from the bulb) so the shade should be positioned further down so to fully cover bulb and unfortunately there’s no way to bend the lamp down when it sits above the top of frame (only can adjust left or right)
