The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.

How do I clean and care for it?

Will it fit through my door and into my room?

Fluff well and enjoy✓ Verified purchase
At first I thought this tree was too scraggly and sparsely covered. My wife "fluffed" the tree though and it turned out very nicely. As in the built-in lights and the pattern options, and the tree is a winner

Great addition for the house✓ Verified purchase
When I say this brings in the calming effect to your home. The sound of serenity as the water flows adds beauty to the room. No water leaks at the bottom of the tank so this item proves to be durable

gorgeous tree!✓ Verified purchase
Unbelievable quality. I expected it to be sparce and cheap looking. It is neither. It's really pretty. The base is very wide which works for our space but make sure you have plenty of room before ordering

Looks real. Good color. Easy to assemble✓ Verified purchase
We bought this for my mom's apartment. The size is just right. It is lightweight and easy to assemble. Looks real to me! The shading is just right and it is shaped well to accept lots of ornaments. I didn't want to have to squish it down into the box it came in after Christmas, so we kept is assembles and placed it in her closet for next year. Mom really likes this little tree

You want a fluffy tree? Get this one!✓ Verified purchase
This is an amazing tree! It’s so fluffy and full! I was hesitant because it was such a good price but it’s a fantastic deal. 9’ unlit. It is perfect

Worth the purchase✓ Verified purchase
The pot is more beautiful in person! Although it took a long time to receive it, definitely worth the time. I love it!!! The size is accurate and perfect. There is no drainage but it’s not a dealbreaker because I have the plant in a nursery pot with drainage and it fits perfectly. (The stand isn’t included and the photo was taken without flash.)

Love this tree!✓ Verified purchase
I LOVE this tree- yes, it’s time consuming to fluff the branches- but that’s a good tree- fluffy branches and lots of them!

Worth it!✓ Verified purchase
I had several different brands of trees on my wish list and read and reread all of the reviews, and contemplating the expense. I finally crossed my fingers, hoped for the best, and purchased the 7.5 ft Blue Spruce tree. BEST DECISION EVER! It is beautiful! Even my forester son touched the branches, surprised it wasn't real. Yes, it took over an hour to fluff out the branches, and worth every minute. I didn't purchase the prelit tree, and putting lights on was easy. Don't hesitate- buy the tree

Works just fine✓ Verified purchase
It looks a little cheap but it’s lightweight and will be easy to move if I need to. I’m wondering if it will eventually fade in the sun. Will come back and update my review of that happens

Not free return✓ Verified purchase
Product looks nice but make sure you want it before you order. Is was advertised as free returns but there is high restocking fee if you decide not to keep it

Have to make drainage✓ Verified purchase
It seems sturdy enough. Just wish it was bigger and stronger. It is double walled but thin and you had to drill holes. I thought you could pull the plugs out and there would be drainage but not so. Those holes only go one wall thick so doesn't drain. It wasn't too bad drilling the holes tho

Not very sturdy✓ Verified purchase
The bottom tier is flimsy with water in it. Not sturdy. You have to keep adding water to it. It needs support to hold steady for water /bottom tier doesn’t spill water out
