Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Love it!✓ Verified purchase
Needed a footstool because our new recliners are too short for hubby’s long legs. He’s very happy with him. They’re very attractive and match our furniture very well. It is the perfect firmness and softness at the same time. He is very satisfied with it and the extra storage inside will definitely come in handy

Perfect fit and great use of space✓ Verified purchase
I was pleasantly surprised by how well this patio furniture set fit in my space. The layout works perfectly without feeling cramped, and it immediately made the area feel more functional and inviting. The pieces feel sturdy, the cushions are comfortable, and the overall look is clean and modern. Assembly was straightforward, and everything came together nicely. A great option if you are trying to maximize seating in a smaller patio or outdoor area

Sturdy and beautifully made✓ Verified purchase
Sturdy, well made and looks expensive. The wooden legs are thick and beautiful, and the leather is held on with brass tacks, making it look high end

It’s a nice set for the money. Putting it together was not as bad as the reviews have stated. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. Screw holes were a little hard to align but overall happy with the purchase

Great buy!✓ Verified purchase
Looks very nice but seats are quiet hard. Definitely needs a lot of wear before you can sit more comfortably. They’re also big so make sure you measure everything!

Patio furniture✓ Verified purchase
The product is fine but is horrible to put together. Screw holes didn’t match up. Would be easier to use a screw driver to install instead of the ratchet tool sent with the set

This is a very small scale chair. The seat cushion is very firm. It does seem to be built well. It was packaged very securely. Fully assembled
