Bought this bed for a teenager and he absolutely loves it since he’s been sleeping on an air mattress since the move to a new townhouse. It did take over 3 hours to assemble (mostly by myself and with several breaks) but in the end it got done and very well. Some suggestions: make sure you lay out all parts…letters for hardware and tools, numbers for bed parts. Follow directions in order. Some parts have big holes in the numbered parts. Make sure they point upward as stated since instructions are mostly step by step (24) with pictures shown. I did use a power drill for some of the assembly but it comes with its own Allen wrenches. Great value for the money, no broken or damaged parts, bed is very sturdy and it comes with charging ports and a funky light. The headboard drawers were a bit small but since they’re made of fabric it’s a place for the teen to stow his mouth guard for football practice or charger cords or whatever. Also, you might want to wait until almost assembled before tightening all screws, especially on the headboard. And last, although the bed is sturdy once assembled and tightened I did find it more convenient to put Step 21 part “N” pieces on the actual Step 22 slats then insert slats into the grooves. I lost a part “N” in the slat groove and needed a wire hangar and needle nose pliers to get it out. The bed looks fun and functional and great for any kid/teenager and there were no squeaks or rattles. Adding some baskets underneath for extra storage and a bunkie board for extra mattress support to finish off the project to help this small bedroom get the most bang for the buck. I picked this bed mainly because of the padded sides, and they are softer than I expected. It’s nice not having hard corners to bump into, especially in a smaller bedroom. The headboard has enough padding to lean against comfortably when reading or watching TV. Assembly was pretty simple, although the foam needed some time after opening to fully regain its shape. The frame sits low to the floor and feels stable once the mattress is on it. I haven’t noticed any squeaking so far. The beige fabric also looks warm and goes well with the rest of the room

I just put it together today. It came in a damaged box but everything was fine. It was well packed. Everything was labeled and had enough screws, etc. It took me a bit to put it together by myself because I have a bad back. Everything looks secure and so far no squeaking. My only complaint is the sections by the headboard and footboard were hard to screw using an Allen Wrench. Not much space there

I had been searching for a new bed frame for a guest bedroom to replace the fabric headboard-less one that was on it's last leg (literally). Since this was going to be used sparingly, I wanted something that wasn't going to hurt my wallet, but also didn't want it to look cheap. I had been eyeing a metal frame from another brand I typical purchase from, but the cost was more than I wanted to pay. I happened to stumble across this listing that thought it looked VERY similar (if not the EXACT same), yet it was a fraction of the cost. With no familiarity of Mellow, I decided to take a chance and purchase the bed frame. I received the item quickly and I have to say that the box was HEAVY. The frame was going to be placed in the second story guest room, so I had to unpack the box on the first floor and take all of the parts up to assemble in the bedroom. The instructions were pretty straightforward and it came with the tools required to put everything together. It took me about 45 mins - 1 hour to assemble. The numbers on the parts vs the instructions got confusing at one point, but I quickly figured it out with a little critical thinking. Overall, the bed frame was exactly what I was looking for and definitely a great addition to my guest bedroom. I would order from this company again

I needed to buy a bed for our guest room to stage prior to selling. I couldn’t believe the price on this one and it looks like a dupe from four hands! It arrived at three days early, which was fantastic and took my husband and I only 45 minutes to put together. We weren’t able to secure all the slats with the included rubber pieces as it was a pretty tight fit and we couldn’t get them all in, however, with a little patience I’m sure we could have figured it out. Since we are using for staging, we didn’t worry about it. You won’t find a better modern bed for the price, do t hesitate, buy it!

This full size bed frame is super supportive and sturdy. It's easy to put together, and it can easily support having a mattress and 2 adults sleep on it. It also has a good amount of storage underneath. Overall I think it's a good value for the money

Although we are very satisfied with the product, I almost knocked off a star because we waited.....and waited....and waited....and waited for it to arrive!! BUT...that has nothing to do with the quality of the frame so I left it at 5 star. It still wasn't as high as we wanted, (our fault for not ordering the higher one) but we attached the old smaller metal frame we'd been using to it and worked perfectly. We're happy

My boys, like most are rough and tough. I can't begin to count how many box springs we've gone through because they just don't hold up anymore. Especially to rambunctious kids. This is the third bed frame we've bought like this and we will never go back. They're less expensive than most box springs and hold up to double or more the weight limit. They're sturdy, good quality, and don't take too long to put together. I highly recommend them - especially if you have rambunctious kids or larger people in your home

Well, the boxes are kinda heavy but that a good thing. It must be assembled. It seemed like a big task but it was mostly common sense. I bought 3 frames and only needed directions for the 1st bed. It very strong metal frames, I was pleased to discover that after its fully assembled, the metal frame has a hinge that allows it to be easily folded which helps when you need to move it in or out narrow door & hallways. There's no headboard but I don't like those anyway. When you finish assembly there will be 2 extra screws & 2 extra nuts. Frames are very strong very sturdy & fold if you need to move then

I was attracted to the design on these -- their rounded corners rather than the usual chunky square corners. I also liked the fact that they didn't have the exposed middle legs to stub your toe on when you get up in the night. I've realized that would be a huge feature several times when my foot passed through that area. I bought the Cal King frame, and find it very sturdy, no complaints. (I did have to look up on the internet which side of the locking nut faces outward, but once I figured that out and tightened them all securely, the frame came together very solidly

We have been outfitting an airbnb and have purchased these beds in several sizes. I have seen the reviews about them being "creeky". My opinion is that purchasers with that complaint assembled the beds poorly. The kits come with a handy little ratchet and great instructions. We screwed all bolts in place and when the bed is completely assembled, we tightened every bolt securely. The beds are really good quality. I agree with the reviewer that said, "Don't use your bed as a trampoline." Common sense people

Was looking for a regular frame which required a mattress support when discovered this type which allows placing mattress directly on the frame. Research shows several brands / styles with most being made same way. Then found this one with round legs and heavier materials doing away with the center leg on sides. Quality made, fairly easy assembly. Update: Have used for a year now with no complaints. Cost more than most but by far the best heavy duty available. Have ordered another for main bed
