Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Perfect fall candle✓ Verified purchase
really love this candle! It has the perfect pumpkin scent with just the right amount of spice without being too strong or overwhelming. It makes the whole room smell warm and cozy and definitely gives that fall feeling. The scent also carries really well throughout the room. Definitely one of my new favorites for fall!

Beautiful reusable container- scent is mild enough for sensitive noses✓ Verified purchase
Originally, I thought it would be too “manly“. It isn’t. It is clean, fresh and relaxing. I have been burning it daily since I got it, 3 weeks ago, so it last quite a while

Beautiful but weak scent✓ Verified purchase
Would prefer a stronger scent. Beautiful and long lasting. Burns clean. Love it except for weak scent

Scent was not as expected✓ Verified purchase
I absolutely love this company, their mission and their products. I have 6 of their candles, one room spray and one diffuser. Some are lightly scented while others have more of a scent throw. I had been anxious to try the Cinnamon/Vanilla but it actually smells like an apple scent. Not bad, but there's just not much trace of Cinnamon or Vanilla. Also, always receive Sand & Fog candles securely delivered in a box. But this time it was bubbled a bit and sent in an amazon envelope. Not sure how I feel about that as the candle was a 21 oz so a good size. All was fine with it, but still

What cherry blossoms?✓ Verified purchase
It's beautifully made and labeled but it doesn't really smell. Burns clean. I burned it for hours and it burned evenly down but again there's not much scent to it. I won't repurchase
