Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Worth the money for its sturdiness✓ Verified purchase
Great pendant light and built solidly. I had purchased a similar light but the ceramic filament broke during transport so I returned and got this one which is double the price but the quality is far better that the previous purchase. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good sturdy pendant light

Easy installation✓ Verified purchase
My wife loves them. Easy to replace an existing fixture and they look really nice. I have a bad shoulder so I left the wiring long. I ran the new fixture wiring through the hangar-bar provided first. Left the fixture on a table to the side and below. Remove the nuts from the bar and raise the pendant fixture and loosely tighten the nuts. Then I wrapped the wiring around the screws inside the cover before tightening the fixture. Made installation much easier than shortening the wires and trying to hold the fixture while wiring

A little pricey but good✓ Verified purchase
It was worth the purchase. easy to put up The color was great but for the cost I would advise just buying a strip of the Govee lights it's hard to justify $35 on lights with a motion sensor

Great option✓ Verified purchase
My electrician forgot to put wiring for a light over my washer and dryer when I built my house. I hadn't really noticed until after the sheet rock was up and painted!!! This was a great alternative. I bought a fancy globe and bulb for it

Small and pins holding glass are difficult to screw in✓ Verified purchase
This is pretty small. The pins that hold the glass are pretty small and are almost impossible to screw in correctly unless you have something to set the light on. The light works ok but after hanging it up I wish I had gotten something else
