Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Cute Birthday Decor✓ Verified purchase
I had to fiddle with this product for a little bit to keep it from collapsing on itself. Once I got the hang of that though, it was a cute, cheap, and easy way to add some themed decorations to a birthday party!

The fake flames of fire is fun✓ Verified purchase
Click to play video I’m always afraid of lighten up my fireplace so I bought these instead. I was surprised to see they was cored board boxes, pictures of flames. I laughed for 10 second and thought ok they are kind of cute and safe. The brightness and colors are cute. But the quality is ok. I love the size and thickness of the fake fire. My grandkids love them

Great for crafts✓ Verified purchase
I made a fake fireplace to hang on the wall for my stockings since my house doesn't have a fireplace. I laid these flat instead of assembling them as a 3d model, and they look amazing. The fire looks fun and bright. The flames are a good size to look lifelike. It also was the least expensive option for my particular craft. Highly recommend

A great little decoration✓ Verified purchase
I got bought these to be decorations for my daughter’s Survivor themed birthday party. These were the “tribes” camp fires. They’re a bit flimsy but worked great as a little decoration for one day. They were easy to put together and I kept them and will use them again in the future
