Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Perfect Little Pot✓ Verified purchase
Very attractive pot to hold a wide variety of plants. I have a succulent in it currently. It provides good drainage and the design on the pot doesn't detract from the plant

Beautiful, full tree. Took some time to fluff out each branch (as expected)

Perfect size for large plants✓ Verified purchase
Perfect size for large plants and not too heavy for me to move! No drilling needed as they are pre-drilled for drainage or "plugable"if not needed

Sunnydaze✓ Verified purchase
They don't look like plastic. I wanted pots that would be lighter weight than cement, stone etc., but look as good, and these fit the bill

Looks like a real Fraser fir!✓ Verified purchase
This is an absolutely beautuful tree. For 50+ years we've had fresh trees, and at our age now, it's just a lot of hassle. I suggested we try a faux unlit tree (upon advice from another review, thanks!) so when the lights die I don't have to replace the whole tree. Never having had a fake tree before, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I put the base and lower unit on the coffee table to more easily attach the lights, then the middle section, each time putting down a single row of branches. We add a LOT of lights, doing it this was made it so easy. Then I moved the whole thing to the floor to do the top tier. And it looks fabulous, really, so much like a Fraser fir. Very, very pleased, and so is the skeptical husband

Really nice pots✓ Verified purchase
The pots are really nice. Very well made. They came in ivory with brown trim which does not fit my color scheme - will work well in other places. Wish I had the turquois

Super great!✓ Verified purchase
These are the BEST and prettiest pots I have ever purchased. They were superbly packed and shipped. I really appreciated the no-rust screen to put over the drainage hole and also the felt circle pad to place pot on so as not to scratch furniture. EVERYTHING was the best. Thanks much!!!

Very pretty teal pots. They have a drainage hole and the saucer is nice. Great buy for the price

Much Bigger Than It Appears✓ Verified purchase
Online this pot is shown planted with tiny flowers. I took that image, in conjunction with the verbiage in the written description, and expected a smaller pot. This is VERY large - disproportionate to my patio space. It’s a nice looking pot, but more appropriate for a decorative tree

Not quite what I ordered, but good so far✓ Verified purchase
Ordered black. Received gray. Not mad enough about it to return. They’re strong and stable. So far so good

Nice, except for a frequent buzzing sound✓ Verified purchase
It's mostly pleasant. It's decorative and the running water sounds nice. My only complaint is that it frequently starts buzzing. One of the pipes starts to vibrate against the frame and I have to push it really hard with my thumb to get it to stop
