Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.

Beautiful and full bouquet - looks great with other flowers or on their own✓ Verified purchase
(Note: this photo is showing less than half of what is included in the order) Beautiful! These dried flowers are beautiful and have added a wonderful, not overpowering, eucalyptus and lavender scent to my house. I originally bought these as filler for 2 faux flower bouquets I already have, but there were so many stems and of such nice quality I made a vase up with the leftover stems on their own (picture attached, using less than half of what was included in the package). Adding them to faux floral arrangements added realness, scent and depth (the different tones of green and purple) to faux arrangements. Be aware that the lavender especially does shed - enough to get lots of little dried lavender flowers everywhere but not enough to notice anything missing from the stems themselves. The seller included a cute little lavender satchet if you want to save the pieces that fall off for potpourri which I thought was really thoughtful!

These smell incredible (so calming) and look gorgeous in bud vases! This set comes with a lot of stems so I made bundles to hang from my shower with the leftovers which has a beautiful spa like effect

LOOK NO FURTHER…Real, Beautiful, and Smells AMAZING✓ Verified purchase
Wow, this assortment is so lovely. I’ve stretched it across several arrangements and made a shower swag with the remaining eucalyptus. It smells amazing and the colors are so vibrant. The package even comes with extra rubber bands, twine and a little bit of ribbon so you can make your own bundles and swags. I will definitely be purchasing another set when I move on to decorating the other side of the house. I recommend this product to anyone looking for good quality dried REAL botanicals hands down!
