Questions About ReeWii Orders, Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Smaller items ship by courier and normally arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, with 1–3 business days of processing beforehand. Larger furniture is scheduled by a local delivery partner who calls you to book an appointment once your order reaches their facility. The delivery estimate on this product page is the most accurate figure we have.
What delivery options can I choose?
Front Door Delivery leaves your order boxed at your door, In-Room Delivery carries it into the room you choose, and White Glove Delivery assembles it and removes the packaging. Options and prices are shown at checkout.
Does this product require assembly?
Assembly requirements are listed in the specifications above. Where assembly is needed, all hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can add White Glove Delivery at checkout to have our team build it for you.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items in as-new condition and original packaging. Your first exchange ships free. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
What warranty is included?
This item is covered by a one-year ReeWii manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. Third-party brand products carry their own manufacturer warranty as well.
How do I clean and care for it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, blot spills immediately, and follow the material-specific guidance in our Care Guides. Never use abrasive cleaners on wood or performance fabrics.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
Compare the box dimensions in the specifications above with your door widths, hallways, internal doors, stairs, and elevator. As a rule the door opening needs to be wider than the box is tall. See Shipping & Delivery for measuring tips.
Can I see the colour before I buy?
Yes. Order free fabric and finish swatches so you can check colour and texture in your own lighting. Screen colours vary between devices.
- Package Includes: You will receive 100 golden dried wheat stalks, each approximately 13.7 inches long. With sufficient quantity, they are perfect for various DIY crafts and ideal for decoration in any season.
- Natural Material: Made from high-quality wheat that is naturally air-dried, these wheat straws fully retain the original shape of wheat ears with full grains and a natural texture. They are easier to maintain than fresh flowers, do not wilt or fade easily, are lightweight and durable, and can be displayed for a long time.
- Freely Cuttable to Size: Dried wheat stalks can be cut as needed. They can be easily trimmed to different lengths to meet your multiple needs and suit decorations for any occasion.
- Classic Boho Farmhouse Look: The wheat grass decor bunch is delicate and varies slightly in size, creating a more realistic appearance. Combined with other dried flowers, they can achieve unexpected effects and easily create a rustic countryside style.
- Wide Application: Natural Wheat grass stems can be made into wreaths, bouquets, and floral arrangements, or placed in vases, hung on walls, and set on dining tables. They are suitable for living rooms, kitchens, offices, stores, and other spaces. They are also ideal decorations for weddings, banquets, parties, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other harvest-themed festivals.
