Great product! Looks just like pictures show once assembled. Speaking of assembly, one person can get this done but having another set of hands will for sure help speed up the building process! Definite value for money and I was pleasantly surprised with how comfy the cushions were for outdoor furniture. I do wish there were two more of the grey long pillows included but I’m just nitpicking. Would recommend overall!

Very pleased with the seating set. Relatively easy to put together. Seems to be sturdy. The little ratchet tool was very handy but i did find that sometimes a allen wrench worked better at starting the screws

Very sturdy, very helpful. Holds shoes well, I'd appreciate more space but it fits well into a narrow porch space so it fits the bill for where I needed it

I'm so happy I found this on sale! It looks so good, very high end out on our back deck. It looks like I paid way more for it than I did! The colors of the cushions are just such a beautiful blue. The wicker is put together with care!

I like it a lot…. A couple mild almost complaints. Lol. If you wear bigger than a 12 in men’s shoes… do not buy this. I’m consistently between a 12 or a 13 and it is probably a half a size 2 small. Very minor complaint because my feet still fit in there with only a little bit of tightness from the size. The calf massage basically squeezes it and releases it. Not really a massage, but still relaxing. The foot massage could be a little bit stronger, but that may just be me that has a high tolerance for these things. Overall, I absolutely like it a ton

I purchased these for my new office and everyone who comes in comments on them immediately. They are made of a soft chenille like material and the green color is gorgeous. I added some ivory accent pillows with dark yellow embroidered flowers and it all popped. They are super sturdy and seem to be good quality. My office has become a popular place to hang out now

We were a little skeptical buying it but decided to give it a try. It didn't disappoint. it looks nice, we didn't have any trouble putting it together. There were 2 boards that had some rips but 1. both were on inside parts that no one is going to see and 2. it comes with a small repair kit. The cushions are comfortable to sit on and the color was a great match for our backyard, it is exact as on the picture

We bought this for our Eze Breeze porch in Jan 2024….. almost 2 years later, it’s just as perfect as it was then. LOVE IT

A bear to put together...some screw locations are almost impossible to reach with screwdriver. Took us three days to put it all together. Instructions are fair. Having said that, furniture is quite comfy and feels solid, and the light plastic covers provided are great to have for rain protection

Great set, especially for the price! I read all of the reviews before purchasing and have some things to share. *Yes, it will take some time to put together, but it's not rocket science. Everything is well labeled in individual bags. Just put some screws in and you are done. Definitely not comparable to an IKEA build. *No, your Velcro did not come in the wrong place, you screwed it wrong. Rotate and screw again. *Yes, this did come in 3 separate boxes from 3 separate places. It worked out ok though. I had time to put together one box then the next came a few days later. And again a few days after that. I think it's as good as any $2000 set I see in the stores. My only complaint is that I wish the backs were higher

I was looking for a pair of accent chairs to place in my living room. I am extremely satisfied with the chairs. They came well packaged and were easy to assemble. They are not the most comfortable but not uncomfortable either. I love them!!

I saw other reviews that said it was difficult to set up and that some holes didn’t line up perfectly and I have to say that I had zero issues at all, the instructions even tell you not to tighten all of the screws until you have all of them put together and lined up, which helps a lot. It did take probably 5 hours to finish though. I haven’t had an opportunity to sit on it yet as it’s been raining the entire week since I put it together and put it on the deck, but the cushions are a very thick piece of foam which look and seem like they would be very comfortable and I am excited to try it and the pillows. The seats are also pretty deep and wide, which I love as a bigger guy. The only two downsides that I see, but aren’t important to me are that you need to store the cushions and pillows somewhere else which is fine if you have an outdoor storage bin or space in your garage and if you plan on covering your furniture when not use, I would recommend getting different furniture covers as these are not very heavy duty and they also do not stay on the furniture well, as I’ve noticed in the wind and rain this week. Overall, I give it five stars because those two things I mentioned are not important to me and I had already planned on storing the cushions somewhere else

Kind of a pain to put together but not terrible not really any room for power tools so that's what takes most the time. Took about 3 hours start to finish and I have to say for $369 + $129 to ship basically around $550 after tax and shipping and it's a great set very sturdy and seems durable time will tell but seems pretty good for the price would definitely buy another one!

Got this set a couple of months ago. Read all the mixed reviews about it, yet still went for it. And I have not regretted it! Was easy to assemble ( I did it myself) so wasn't hard to figure that out, given the reviews. Fits perfectly in small spaces. The only 2 things I am disappointed in, it doesn't come with the orange throw pillows, even though I read it did come with them. Contacted Customer Service and they offered to reimburse $20 for the inconvenience. My other problem was after washing the covers, one shrank so bad it I could barely put it back on the pillow. It definitely lost its form =( But in general nice set for the price!

I couldn’t track my package on the shippers website so contacted customer service and they were awesome. I sent three emails and they answered each one the same day. Not easy to assemble, and I would recommend not to use a drill to put the pieces together because the screws are not the best material, but in general, very comfortable and beautiful

We do love the chairs for our reading room. However, essentially they are basic foldout chairs you would take to a ballgame with fancy padding. The padding IS very comfortable, and I hope it stays in place. Luckily we got these on a prime day deal. I think I read reviews about them being too small. Not true for us. My husband is 6'3" and it's a perfect fit for him

Package arrived earlier than expected. It took around 3 hours to set it. I bought a cover separately. It’s nice and cozy. Sturdy and the color as shown in the ad. Good for the price. I’m still decorating but it’s taking a nice shape!

Beautiful patio furniture. Took 2 guys and 2 hours to assemble. However getting the furniture delivered was s nightmare since FedEx delivered to wrong building. However in the end I am very pleased with the outcome

It smells like strong chemicals. Just sprayed febreeze and that helped 90%. Other than that, sturdy, fit 67 pairs of jeans. Love it. Elegant style

Nice set but assembly is very difficult to line it all up accordingly. I think the biggest flaw is the cushions they are very thin and after a week are wearing down and the seams have strings already coming out from all over. I took a gamble buying two different sets to see the difference and I've tried reaching out to the company and have not heard back from anyone yet!
